Gorilla Marketing Solution ("we", "us") operates gorilla-marketingsolution.com and an internal advertising management tool that connects to Google Ads through the Google Ads API. This policy explains what information the website and the tool handle and how we protect it.

Information we access through Google

When an authorised member of our team signs in with Google and grants access, our tool receives:

• The Google account email address, used to confirm which account is connected.
• Google Ads data for the accounts that Google account can manage, such as account structure, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, billing settings and performance reports.

We request only the Google Ads scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) and basic sign-in information.

How we use information

We use Google Ads data only to create, manage, monitor and report on advertising campaigns in the Google Ads accounts we manage. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Limited Use of Google user data

Gorilla Marketing Solution's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use or transfer Google user data to serve advertising based on a person's data, or to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
• Our staff do not read Google user data unless we have your permission for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. We disclose it only where required by law or to protect the security of our systems.

Storage, security and retention

Access credentials are stored on access-restricted systems that we control, and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. We keep Google Ads data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above.

Your choices and deletion

You can revoke our tool's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete information we hold, contact googleads@gorilla-marketingsolution.com. We will delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.

This website

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The enquiry form prepares an email in your browser and does not submit or store your entries. Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the website.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date shows when it was last changed.
